   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rude. Zero help. Zero communication. Dishonest. Cannot say anything positive expect that my belongings got to their destination eventually and in one piece. Was lied to and given the run around for 2 weeks when trying to get a status of the move. Was told the truck was loaded and shipped then a week later was told there was a problem and my belongings would be loaded soon. A week later with no contact from the company I tried calling again and one of the contact numbers was disconnected then the other had a full voicemail. Took dozens of tries to get in touch with someone and when I finally did my belongings were still in the warehouse. When I expressed my disappointment over the dishonesty I was told I was frustrating the guy who I was on the phone with. Literally any moving company is better than this one.

   We have been getting the wrong mail in our mailbox about twice a month for quite some time, filed many complaints to no avail. Latest is package from California marked as delivered. But never received. Yesterdays mail is our next door neighbors, where our mail going?????? Mail delivery is inconsistent at very best, 10 A.M. to 8 P.M.. Some days the SAME mail truck and DRIVER have traversed our street 8 to 10 times in an hour, lost count. Going back and forth is not an efficient way to deliver anything. Making any phone contact with local office is impossible. It seems even the POSTMASTER GENERAL is impossible to get thru to. I’ve been told by several letter carriers they some times run their route backwards???? Why??????? When you run any delivery service you should always start local and go to furthest point, that way if something was missed it’s EFFICIENT to drop off on way back….. humm I only wish we could get timely and correctly delivered mail. Is that to much to ask for? Think about it, if your getting the wrong mail there’s a better than strong chance someones getting your mail. Not everyone honest, do you want your personal info in the wrong hands. Update as of today10/26/17 mail delivery 11:15A.M. talking to the postal carrier and explaining the problems, she hands me my miss delivered package 3 days late. Mean while the supplier has re shipped, now more problems. As we were talking another neighbor walked up with miss delivered package 10 minutes ago. Not acceptable…….

   It Was my first time using Accu-Chek Pharmacy, but everything went well, and I appreciate y’all delivering my medication on time. And I hope to be able to use y’all again, and I appreciate that very big discount that y’all gave me in order for me to get my medicine. Thank you.
