   These shipments were dispatched on 9 Sep 21 to Belgium from our warehouse (New Delhi 110015 ). Today this order has been processed for return, and the customer is also ready to receive this courier.

On October 15, I paid the necessary expenses, but the package has not yet been delivered.    A package has been in your sorting center since November 3, 2021. We still have no news on whether it is still with you and if so why has it still not been delivered?

   This is parcel number 314235499001. The sender is: Toy Word and the recipient is Renard Brigitte. Package arrived in your center last November 3 and since then no news. The sender has already filed a complaint without response so far.

   This is a fairly large and fairly heavy package. Please let me know. We need it for our grandson’s birthday this weekend. Thank you very much for your answer.
