    This is so good and I’m really thankful to him because Beauty Bay is one of the best packers and movers and really recommended because their packaging is so nice.

    All 3 boys led by Lewis from Beauty Bay were so polite and friendly.
    Seen these Beauty Bay removalists in action before and always have they had such happy and friendly boys as crew.

    Very bad service from Beauty Bay, they did not call me but status is showing out for delivery and they also post the current status on their own that I am out of station or landmark not given.

    Worst courier provider I have ever encountered. Parcel picked up by Beauty Bay in our immediate area at 10:30am Friday. Still haven’t seen it. No doubt it is rolling around in the back of a van doing the rounds through CHCH. This has happened before. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending Beauty Bay.

    Not impressed with Beauty Bay. I was at work when I buzzed them in and they left a notice instead at my apartment door. Notice said pick up was available for the next day after 1pm. So next day, I go and my parcel isn’t there. It was still on the truck. Walked 45 minutes for nothing. Don’t put a date for a pick up if you’re not even going to take the parcel off the delivery truck. I suggest you try to call Beauty Bay first before going, if they ever pick up their phone that is.

    Andy and Salah from Beauty Bay were really efficient, careful and did a great job moving our house. Will definitely be booking with Beauty Bay again.
