I wish to lodge a complaint against your pick up services. I have a parcel that has been pending pick up since 3rd Dec. Your driver had initially lodge a false update of parcel not ready for pick up despite us waiting the entire day and failed to turn up. We then requested Shopee to rearrange for delivery and for 4th Dec 9am-12pm and yet again the driver had not turned up. Subsequently, we reached out to shopee to rearrange for collection yesterday and today on 7th Dec and your driver still did not turn up despite confirmation that the pick up status was active. This is 4 times of a no show.
At about 1.30pm on 7th Dec, I called your customer service hotline requesting for assistance and the gentleman over the line mentioned he will request for urgent pick up by 5pm same day. At 4.30pm, still no show and I called again to request for update of pick up status, your customer service over the phone confirmed that there’s an urgent pick up by 5pm but yet still no show.
This is not the first time that my parcels on Shopee are repeatedly being ignored by your pick up service and having my orders cancelled over Shopee due to no show by your drivers over many days. This results in sellers losing sales and getting penalised when the orders are not picked up. Now this order is again getting a cancellation as the customer is unable to wait due to a delay of 5 days of a non-pick up by your company.
It is a great disappointment as your company is an official shipping agent selected by Shopee for their sellers to entrust their parcel deliveries. I hope that your company will look into this matter and find out who is the driver who is in charge of this area and why are my parcels not picked up?
