Absolute lifesaver. Called Steve at BDP Transport at half ten in the morning and by 8pm that evening after he’d been at work all day Steve was helping me move the last few things out of my house, after being let down by 2 other companies.

Worst delivery company ever. BDP Transport delivered my fragile parcel damaged. Looks like it was through a war. Half the stuff is broken and their delivery people are extremely rude. They wouldn’t even carry the big boxes into my house. They misplaced my delivery for over a week and didn’t inform me. I tried to call their offices but no one answers. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp but no one responds. Unprofessional, if I could give a 0 star I would.
We hired BDP Transport based on reviews alone and we were not disappointed.
We required a company that would make two different pick ups, first at the furniture store for a few items then to our home for the remainder, they had no problem with this request.
As with most moves nothing goes as expected. They were very accommodating and willing to do anything necessary to get the job done.
