2 printing photocopy machines! The average hotel has 2 photocopy machines. Long waits and paying with cash is complicated. They failed to tell me I could get speedy service of B&W. I used to love BDEX.
Tried to remember who moved me about 4 years ago and I found their bottle opener today.
Glad to see BDEX is still around.

About 10 days ago Heidi sent an important document (my wife’s birth certificate and other important documents) out from the BDEX store, and because she misprinted the destination address the system changed our tracking number and she gave us the wrong one and we couldn’t track it and it was in transit all the time. 3 days ago we called the BDEX customer service center and they told us they can’t find it either and we must call the store. 2 days ago we called the store and another lady told us she couldn’t find it either and my wife thought she’s lost her documents! 15 minutes later that lady called us and said the package has been delivered and we asked for copy of proof of delivery (cause we didn’t have the tracking number) and she said she will email it to us but again for some reason we didn’t receive any emails from them. So we went to the store last night and talked to Neil (and other gentleman) and they responsibly and with a very good temper were looking in the documents for 30 minutes when Heidi called them for other purposes and Neil asked her about our documents and she said she misprinted the destination address and when she corrected that she forgot to give us the new tracking number.
After 4 stressful days and nights finally we were informed that the package was received 3 days ago.
Thanks to Neil and the other guy who tried to help us in the best way they could, and Heidi who is a very nice lady but could do better by paying more attention and giving us the correct tracking number or calling us the day we called the store and informed the other lady that we were in such a stressful situation.
2 stars for customer service, security guard & nice packaging but, my issue was the driver never followed my instructions. They show up to my building, put a notice that I was not available, then you go away! How do we know if they arrived or not?! No message, no call & no ring bell! I had to pick up myself & took a risk driving home as shown in my photos. I was not able to see clearly. Thank God I made it home safely! Better give good orientation to your drivers! We paid for delivery, not for pick up for many reasons! Thank you.
