   Ok… my wife wouldn’t leave a review, but I will.
   First off, the two guys that came from Bay Lines to move us were very hard working, and I appreciated that… BUT…. This was a distance move from Charleston to Anderson SC. They brought a broken trailer that was too small to accommodate our belongings. Wood blocks had to be braced up underneath to keep the trailer body from cutting the tires off.
   Next, the trailer was too small, so what I THOUGHT was the remainder of our belongings was stuffed into the bed of the pick-up hauling the trailer. Well… I thought wrong.
   They did not load our $900.00 grill, they left book shelves, wire storage shelves, clothing, an antique chair and a $75.00 yoga bolster that I use for back issues.
   The move cost more than $2500 and when we mentioned that these items were carelessly left in the house we sold on Johns Island, NO offer of retribution was made. NO money was refunded to cover the cost of the expensive items that were left behind. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER.
   Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Bay Lines. Pay extra for someone reputable.

   Very unprofessional staff. When you call BAY LINES they answer and hang up. The receptionist lies and says she will call you back and she doesn’t.

   The queue is usually long and very time consuming, but the Bay Lines staff are very polite and helpful. Also they speak English very well, so I had no issue with communicating as a foreigner.

   Joe, Luis, and Jaudon from Bay Lines were great movers! They were on time, quick but careful, and communicated well the entire move. My moving day was successful and stress-free. This is the second time I’ve used Bay Lines and I will use them next time too. I recommend them for your move!

   Terrible people to deal with when you have a complaint. Bay Lines returned mail stating that I no longer live at my address when in fact I do! Years ago I stopped getting mail because the delivery person heard from another tenant that I had moved.

   I signed up with Bay Lines 3 weeks ago and worked 3 days. Each day the guys told me it gets slow around this time. I also signed up last week for this whole week with my truck and still nothing. It was not bad for some on the side money for those days.

   I’ve had a lot of things delivered through Bay Lines over the years and they never skip a beat. Always friendly and professional.
