They do not tell you about weight limit restrictions. Tried to return a package that was 60 pounds and carried it in, out of my car and they tell me it’s too heavy for them to let fed ex pick up, regardless that I had a return label fastened to the box. Their weight limit is 50 pounds.. this restriction should be posted on EVERY drop off location website. Thanks for the added frustration.
Just doesn’t make sense because the package was also picked up from the same location..
We had a large bulky cabinet that was left by the prior owners that we wanted moved to the garage and it was too big and heavy for us to move ourselves. Undergrad Moving did the job for a fair price and they were able to come fairly quickly. Malcolm and Skyler were polite young men, very personable and had the cabinet relocated quickly. I would use them again.
Would be nice if this location would actually offer USPS services…. it is no wonder UPS and FEDEX are putting them out of business. It would actually service the community better if they shut this location down and provided service from another branch.
The girls working here are super nice and helpful every time. The store is always nice and clean as well. Super appreciate the staff here there is always a girl that works the evenings there I think she’s a manager not sure but she’s always friendly and accommodating.
Where do I start. They scribbled over my parents passport code number and claimed it was lost. I had to make a scene for those passports to come up. They also didn’t deliver my dogs food because they claim it was too heavy. I had to go pic it up and it didn’t fit in my car. They are the worst!!!!
