    Horrible customer service and they always schedule deliveries that are always 2-4 days late and say “they didn’t make the truck” as to why it’s late. Their drivers are always unfriendly and have to be very unskilled because they are too lazy to back into a warehouse driveway always stating “Their truck is too long” even though we have longer trucks do it all the time. I would never use this company for any of your freight needs if you care about customer service or receiving it on time or in a timely matter.

    I received 7 pieces of mail from 7 of my neighbors!!! I received no mail for me. I wonder who got my mail?Our mail carrier needs to stop talking on his phone and pay attention to his job!!!!

    Dave A. (On site estimator/ primary contact) and packing/ move out crew Mike and Michael ( and for part of service, Chris) exceeded expectations with quick responses, efficient and professional on site work. Difficult downtown condo situation and complex move out. They truly nailed it. Have already referred them to a couple people and would not hesitate to give them out as my number one choice of local moving company. It’s impossible to say enough about Dave, Mike, Michael… The on-site crew met the deadline despite being down a crewmember. Had to coordinate city of Seattle, a security guard, a four hour window to use an elevator and then three local drops of items to different family members. They made it happen and made me feel like a priority, taking great care of the items being moved.
