   Please don’t waste your time and money using the service. Basic thing, there is no CUSTOMER CARE Number on their website obviously so that no one can officially register the complaint. They don’t deliver your parcel to home, we need to go and collect the parcel even after paying INR 400 for door delivery (180 for pickup).
   Their service don’t even deserve 1 rating but unfortunately had to give. The guy in the office has a very rude attitude and behaviour while talking on phone as if they are delivering it free of cost. They don’t answer our calls at both locations (source and destination offices). Operated by Truly unprofessionals looting people. Wondering how this service is still running and not noticed by higher authorities. Highly disappointed!!!

   I had to send a cake to Mangalore for my mothers birthday. It was imperative that the cake arrive the next day but it was Republic Day and delivery would not have been possible until the 27th. I had requested Mr. Murthy if something of a pick-up could be worked out and he told me to call the next day. What’s surprising is that he called me informing me that the parcel had reached the hub and to send someone to pick it up. Not only was the parcel hand delivered by the driver of the truck, it was also in the exact state I sent it. The truck driver was informed to keep it in his cabin and have it delivered to the person picking it up. This kind of service is not only noteworthy, but also above and beyond what most courier services offer to their customers. Good job Mr. Murthy and team and thank you.

   Opening times are incorrect on here. I checked yesterday and states open till 17.30 on a Saturday. Got there, all shut up and closed at 13.00. Please amend the entry.
