   Must have a load of thieves working there as 17 cards sent from Brighstone never arrived to their destination, can’t get in touch with anyone, it’s time Royal Mail sorted out this shambles of a business. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

   We have used Lyons Removals for 7 years opening 8 retirement villages. We had used several companies prior to finding Lyons but none offered the flexibility and excellent service they give. They have done hundreds of moves for us now and are always on time unless a motorway has been closed. Their staff are polite and sympathetic to elderly clients on what can be a very stressful day and constantly go beyond the call of duty without hesitation. They will have you packed before you know it and there has never been any damage to property. In addition they are cheaper than most. If you want a friendly caring company to do your move I have no hesitation in recommending Lyons Removals thank you Liz and guys for all your help over the years. A 5 star company who cares.

   Abosulately appualing.
   Pacel says arrived in Darwin facility on 7 Febuary 2020 at 16.41pm
   It is now 12 Feburary and still not delivered and no phone call from the investigation department either only a SMS message.
   However I ordered another item after this item but different courier and it has arrived sooner than expected date.

   I really appreciate the services. What really pisses me off is the lack of respect of people’s property. They walk daily across my grass an through my bushes and are now making a distinct pathway. Very upset about that. Please STOP!!!

   Moron driver bullied me out of the way this morning on the M3 and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the central reservation. Rang their transport department, no call back!

   Generally OK as Post Offices go these days when you are dealing across the counter but don’t try ringing them, it takes an eternity for them to pick up, if they do. Twice this morning my calls have timed out after waiting 6 minutes 10seconds for them to answer.

   Very worst service. Never go for it. They don’t deliver properly. They simply return the courier and simply update in the Tracker. They never update us.
