Awesome service, George from Baku Cargo Terminal was great. I had to remove the front door to the store to get the freezer in the building. The crew waited while we figured everything out. They took great care making sure my floor wouldn’t get damaged moving something so heavy. 5* job.
I have used Baku Cargo Terminal 4-5 times over last 20 years. I have always been happy with movers and customer service. However, this was the last move we will do with them. They are unresponsive when it comes to taking care of customers after they are finished getting paid. I had many items damaged this move, and the response was very poor. I expected better out of a company we have recommended to so many. Take better care of your long time customers!
