   Very rude workers, lazy carriers who don’t like to come to your door for mail that needs signature and I stay in a house and then you can never talk to anyone on the phone….bad customer service and I’m a postal worker

   I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this UPS Store. The owners, Bill and Kathy, are great people and will take care of your every need. They can also help you with marketing and printing, so they can do more than ship packages for you. I highly recommend them for any of your shipping and office needs.

   Package with medications in it delivered to wrong address on wrong street. Person brought it to me open. I didn’t know this person.

   I’ve used JP Urban Moving for three NYC moves now and they are far and away better than anyone else I’ve moved with here. The communication in advance and the day of the move is excellent – they start a text chain with the foreman and office for example. The crews have always been friendly and efficient. And they do things the right way. For example, all furniture gets carefully wrapped in moving blankets first, then shrink wrapped or taped; I’ve had other movers cut corners resulting in nicks and scratches on nicer furniture. They also do a great job completing basic setup work in your new home: putting the bed back together, making sure dressers, couches and other heavy furniture are where you want it, etc.
   I’ve never had a single issue with JP – I will chose them every time.
