UPDATE: They finally got back to us after I left a persuasive message on their phone system and all is good so far. I will update once we have the shipment leave and arrive in Melbourne (our destination).
ORIGINAL: This is an ongoing review but after handing in our cargo we have had 3 weeks of no communication from this company and are worried our shipment is lost. We have emailed repeatedly. Hopefully there is a good outcome in the end, but right now we are very worried we have lost all our personal effects.
There is a lot of moving going on in Nashville and I can honestly recommend Armstrong Relocation to those in need. They handle any size move…and anywhere you want to move. Also, they can store your items if you need to coordinate a specific delivery date.
I would definitely recommend Storage Scholars! The night before I was set to move out with a different company, I still hadn’t heard about when they were coming and in fear of my belongings not getting picked up, I frantically reached out to Storage Scholars. They immediately took my call, understood that as an international student leaving the next day with no home nearby to bring my things to, I was out of options. Despite having over 100 pick ups the next day, they graciously squeezed me in. Robert and Clare, and the rest of their customer service team, were so kind, extremely understanding, and attentive. I was able to reach them whenever I need and any question I had was solved in five minutes. Their communication was amazing. Throughout the entire pick up process, I always knew where my belongings were and got a text when they were safely stored in their facility. Without them I would be completely stuck for summer storage. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them this past weekend! They are the best option for summer storage!!
Long lines always. Expect to wait 15-20 min just to drop off. They will change you for everything so make sure u have your package ready. Don’t expect them to give u anything free. Especially the manager. She will change you for a small piece of tape
They arrived on time, we’re very organized, treated our belongings well and the price was the most reasonable of all the quotes we received.
