    Avoid using this Axis Global Logistics branch for delivering items. There was an insurance original sent from Maruti to Valoor. The person called and asked to come and collect. When I asked them to deliver the item to my home, he mentioned they cannot deliver a piece of paper to that place! I asked to return it if not able to deliver. I have used AXIS GLOBAL LOGISTICS multiple times in Ernakulam and Bangalore. First time seeing this kind of behavior and response from a branch. Totally avoid.

    Disgraceful. Had a parcel with a pickup date of 2/9/16 only for the Axis Global Logistics office to send it back to South Australia an hour and twenty minutes before closing time. My girlfriend made an enquiry at 1:30pm in the afternoon confirming it was there and if it could be picked up, only for it to be sent back when I went in to pick it up.
    Also, the female at the front lied saying she didn’t talk to my girlfriend on the phone initially until I refreshed her memory, and then the store owner confirmed that she did speak to my girlfriend on the phone.
    Axis Global Logistics head office will be getting an email regarding the store’s disgraceful form.

    Received an email today saying my package was delivered by Axis Global Logistics at my front door, which was completely false as neither I nor our lobby attendant said they received a package. When I called your representatives, he agreed the reporting of delivery was false and that he’d email the branch. I was told to call back in 24-48 hours to check in. This is ridiculous. I was really hoping I would not be one of these people writing this review, but I am. Not only was my package delayed, but it was more than likely stolen. I encourage all patrons with similar experiences to contact the Better Business Bureau of Ontario. This type of behavior from AXIS GLOBAL LOGISTICS cannot continue.

    Axis Global Logistics was really good. They treated my things with care and even helped me empty, clean up, and arrange all the boxes so that I could move them out of my old home.
