    We used Matt’s Moving just this weekend and it was a wonderful experience.     I generally do not write reviews. But this company is one that people should beware of! Stay away! Use your local movers! These bunch are Unprofessional, patently dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. They will take your deposit and leave you hanging in an attempt to force you to forego your deposit. They will not answer the phone when you call – Nick Rose, especially. Just stay away from this company!

    I needed a mail box key as I just moved and after 2 days, I visited again. They admitted that they were behind, I spoke to the manager, she guaranteed that it was getting done and it was!
    They admitted there was an issue, offered a solution and followed up. That’s customer service. Not great, but they did the right thing.
