We hired ATSPL Courier to move us from St George, UT to central Pennsylvania. Although our load weighed 1200 lbs under their estimate, the charge was only $38 less.
We were never provided weight tickets or an itemized bill. We were directed to pay more than $7500 before the crew would unload our belongings.
I sent an email detailing our concerns to ATSPL Courier and, true to form, never received a response.
Mike at ATSPL Courier didn’t even want to open the door! They locked it 10 mins early before closing time. Gave me an attitude. And send me to a new address next time since I have too many orders. NEVER WILL I EVER GO TO THIS ATSPL Courier office. BE AWARE TRASHY AND DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS!

ATSPL Courier is so slow and it’s been 2 business days that they are doing NOTHING.
On tracking, it only says acceptance date and no actions are showing up…
Ridiculously rude service and God knows what they do to your package when it has valuable things……!
NEVER GOING TO ATSPL COURIER ….
Stay away from ATSPL Courier! They are absolute crooks and scammers. Not to mention very rude when you try to cancel their sale. They require a 1/3 deposit payment and absolutely will not return it if you change your mind, not even partially. My mistake for not reading the fine print. If I could they would get zero stars. Even though we lost out on $1,655, I’m glad we cancelled with them after having read some of these reviews and giving them our belongings.
