   The staff here was very friendly an cooperative. My delivery was setup wrong by the broker I was a day late according to the receiving personnel but they worked me in to get me unloaded an I was able to take my 10hr break on the premises. I would give 10 ⭐‘s if I could for there complete cooperation in the misdoings of the broker.

   I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store. The employees are top-notch! They are helpful and efficient and know the answer to any question you might have about printing or shipping. I have used them for everything from printing to mailing to enlargements and they have always come through. Thanks Lehi UPS Store!

   At some point during the move, a crack was caused in one of the sideboards of my bed. After using said bed for a total of four nights, the sideboard broke, causing the bed to collapse. When I contacted the company regarding the issue, the response essentially was that it wasn’t their problem and they refused to accept responsibility.
   While the office staff and the movers themselves were friendly, the poor attitude regarding a mistake made during the move reflects a lack of accountability by Two Men and a Truck. If you are planning a move, I strongly advise going with a different company.

   They were late dropping off and picking up the containers, but that is literally my only complaint about UPack. We had a great experience otherwise. We used three Relocubes to move our 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse with a full two-car garage to Idaho and I feel like it was worth every penny. They were $500 cheaper than Pods. I recommend them to everyone needing to make a long distance move.
