   Это не отправка самолётом-это триллер:«Хождение по мукам».Я отвезла посылку в пункт приёма 11 июля,её забрали 14,и вот на сайте отслеживания,посылка в Америке до сегоднешнего дня.(25 июля).Я позвонила по телефону,указанному на накладной 20 июля,чтоб узнать,статус посылки,мне ответили,что она в Польше.Я жду дальше…звоню 23 июля,мне рассказывают,что в Польше страшный престрашный контроль,тщательно всё проверяют,,, звоню 24,узнать и тут самое интересное:(Мне говорят,что посылка не в Польше,а где то катается в Европе,потому что сейчас короновирус и посылка путешествует по Европе,оказывается,чтоб долететь до Украины посылка,делает« высадку десанта»по Европе,а потом её на оленях доставляют в Польшу,в Польше страшный таможенный контроль и не известно когда она долетит в пункт назначения«она же без медицинской маски»,Это не смешно,когда ты рассчитываешся за авиа перевозку, а с тебя делают полного Лоха.

   FedEx tracking told me to expect my package on the 30th, then it hit this location and the date changed with no notice and no communication to me whatsoever. Then, it didn’t arrive on the 3rd, the new date. Still no communication. Multiple requests for contact so I can see where my shipment is have been ignored. The incompetence is astounding. How can an entire location be so bad at the one thing they get paid to do?

   I ordered fashion nova! And my package has yet to come I try to get a hold of customer service and they’re saying they do not know where my package is at!!!

   Highly recommend this company. They are fairly priced (in fact, the cheapest estimate I found), pick up at your door & are very professional. They allowed me to make a change to my pick up date without any additional cost too which I greatly appreciated. They are one of the few companies that have additional protection in case of late delivery and free car wash after delivery. I will be recommending them without hesitation to my family who will soon need this service as well.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVERRRRRR. If I could have rated them with ZERO STARS, I would have! They stood us up not only once, but twice. I have never ever dealt with a ‘SO CALLED’ professional company that has been so unprofessional. After promising to come to our residence TWICE, once at 11, per our contract, then again at 2. At 1:50 they gave me a phone number of another mover, stating that they were then going to move me, but who also ended up blocking my phone number after promising to show up as well!! This was a nightmare! They do not honor their contract.
   Also, when we use them first seven months ago, they offered us a $50 discount if we gave them a good review on Google. So be very skeptical of any good reviews on here. It was only done because of a discount.
