This is one of the worst postal service in Illinois. Atako isn’t worth a star, I moved in 2022 and had my address changed in May of 2022, it’s now 2023 I still haven’t received any mails because of those incompetent folks that are working at Danville, IL Atako office can’t read words, address or directions. I have important mails that I’ve never received and this is another reason why folks’ identity gets stolen.

Atako is the worst delivery service ever. Was waiting on an important package today and the driver did not even attempt to come up my road. Instead he gives the excuse that the address does not exist.
My husband and I had been using Atako for sending packages TO and FROM Ukraine for more than 22 years. We used their services on a regular basis and NEVER had a single problem with any of the packages. The company is reliable and offers affordable prices. Very nice and helpful people work here in U.S. and in Ukraine, delivery is always on time! I highly recommend Atako to everyone who needs to send a package or money to Ukraine.
I was surprised to see 2 star ratings on Google. I don’t get the hate and frustrations people leave in these reviews. Some of them not even customers! As I’ve read the reviews, I had feelings that this was a dirty attack by some competitor(s). I am sure Atako will resolve this and get past the hate and continue providing excellent service.
