   I NEED A TRACKING # FOR MY PHONE REPLACEMENT. SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. WE NEED TO GET THIS PHONE. WE ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO. HAVE NOT GOT IT YET WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR COMPANY. WE ALSO PAID 200 DOLLARS. WE NEED A TRACKING NUMBER!!!!!

   I made a claim I paid over 200 dollars for a “comparable” replacement phone over a week ago. I called asurion AGAIN! Seeing that they said Friday now it’s Monday……not very happy or impressed with services thus far.

    Been waiting on my delivery for 16 days now and tracking has been broken for 9 days. Customer service doesn’t answer and email inquiries are ignored.

    Great communication, fast delivery. Really nice to deal with, carried in furniture carefully with respect for my home. Really nice guys called to advise they were on the way and thoughtful of placement of sofas. Overall great service.

    Said they had tried to deliver , they hadn’t and no card left . Couldn’t get hold of anyone.
    Really poor service I wouldn’t use them if they were the last courier on earth.

    •••• Do not use this company •••• the owner ray is a liar and will quote one rate and then change it and will leave your stuff in a parking lot if you don’t give him more money ..don’t trust this company with your credit card . This man will lie cheat and steal ..not sure how he sleeps at night

    Diago and Sam were very helpful and fantastic. We ran in one issue after the other but they helped with a smile and no worries is really there motto. Arrived on time, friendly service, didn’t damage a thing, what more can you ask. Highly recommended.
