   I NEED A TRACKING # FOR MY PHONE REPLACEMENT. SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. WE NEED TO GET THIS PHONE. WE ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO. HAVE NOT GOT IT YET WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR COMPANY. WE ALSO PAID 200 DOLLARS. WE NEED A TRACKING NUMBER!!!!!

   phone number does not help. Recorded questions do not apply. The person who is to make the repair has not shown up or called.

   I made a claim I paid over 200 dollars for a “comparable” replacement phone over a week ago. I called asurion AGAIN! Seeing that they said Friday now it’s Monday……not very happy or impressed with services thus far.
