   worst service not delivered my pan card although they received last month 28 I only went and pick up my pan they charged Rs 40/- don’t recommend this courier service

   Took a small package to be posted which required a print at post office label. It was oddly shaped so left sealing it till label was printed at PO and securely attached. Counter woman refused to give me a short 9 inch strip of cellotape to do this even though she was doing nothing except standing waiting for a customer when I entered, PO was completely empty. But she felt the need to tell me they process 1000s of pieces of post each day and therefore doesn’t have cellotape to give me. She didn’t do anything wrong but was annoyingly unhelpful and officious. Don’t you just hate it when someone keeps on addressing you as ‘sir’ even though they knew they are being unhelpful which she did. So sad when someone can’t use appropriate judgement or know when to give leeway to customers. I just about managed to remained polite through gritted teeth.

   Excellent value for money, surprised how spacious our cabin was. Everywhere spotless. Staff most helpful and friendly. Get the meal package, everything you can think of for breakfast, dinner buffet style with several choices, as much as you can eat with soft drinks and hot drinks in the restaurant included. Entertainment in both lounges at night, child’s play area or quiet room if you want some peace. Can’t wait to book again!

   Carol and team are useless and should simply not be in business. We will be taking this up our credit card to get full refund. Unqualified, unprofessional and not worth time or money.
