   I ordered two shoes and the amount was deducted from my account, but I was not given the order number and I was not even sent an email, please follow up.

   I have ordered several products through amazon and items were shipped using Ontrac. They promise on time delivery for less. I always do next day shipping and have never had an item arrive on time. Usually 2-3 days later. I dont blame Amazon. I blame Ontrac. they always blame the lateness on the weather no matter what!

   It was very cool to see it be delivered. The delivery driver was friendly and didnt mind me staring like a weirdo as he did his job. The POD was clean and more spacious than i expected. It was delivered in a timely manner as the company stated

   Incredible experience from start to finish! Silvia was so helpful with booking our move with Martinez Movers, and she remained super responsive whenever we had questions before the move. On the day of the move, Luis and two of his men showed up right on time. Although we had booked three Relocubes (justtt in case we needed the extra space), we only wanted to use two if possible to save on some extra costs. Luis and his guys were amazing at packing the cubes in the most efficient manner such that we only used two cubes AND had a little extra space to spare! They worked efficiently, wrapped everything with care using moving blankets and shrink wrap (we LOVED how shrink wrap was included with Martinez Movers – a huge plus!), and were courteous and professional the entire time. (Of note, we did disassemble some of the furniture prior to make things go a little more smoothly on the move date (ex. bed frame, table legs), but they helped disassemble any additional furniture that needed it on the move date.) They have a two-hour minimum, and they managed to complete the job in exactly two hours! The costs were reported upfront (no hidden last minute random fees) as well. We have only great words for Martinez Movers and would highly recommend them for any move!

   No matter depend how massive or little, they dealt with the entirety with care. They handled each and every object and piece of furnishings with care and labelled each and every bundle to make unpacking easier. I surprisingly endorse Ruach Hope Moving! Thanks Sebastian and Michael
