   Gave them a well deserved 5 stars. Really outstanding! We had delicate furniture items and they treated them with great care. The guys were on time, polite, accommodating and professional. They took the necessary time to do a safe and efficient job. They respected their quoted price and payment options were easy. Would definitely hire them again.

   Worst services ever, no one calls for delivery and no followup processing for Complaints after multiple days wait for package, Need to pick by self… All employees are waste and hopeless.. This is my personal experience 3rd time I’m faced

   If I could give a negative rating I would! Called on Friday May 17 at 12:36pm for a pick up on Wednesday May 22 and was given a pick up time of 11am-1pm. Called them at 8:50am May 22 and was assured that pick up would take place. It is now 4:26pm and after speaking to 6 different people the pick up still hasn’t happened! This is terrible! Like I said if I could give them anything lower I would!

   I get berated by the man in glasses each time I come to post my parcels. No manners nor customer service training at all. This is the most rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in this country and or even in the places that I’ve lived in. They need to do something because they’ll soon lose business. I’d rather go elsewhere than face this rude man. He has no right to belittle customers who are paying his salary! Time to step up your customer service relationship!

   My next move I would use Two small men with big hearts again. Nick, Jamal, and Adrian helped us move and they were great. Very hard working and made sure all the furniture was wrapped to minimize damage.
