I have phoned and have been instructed to leave a message (which I have done) receiving no reply…I would like to know where my parcel from Anthropologie is located…The parcel was last ‘seen’ at Calgary Alberta Canada…

Did their job perfectly and within time. Going thru various other movers review, I was bit scared that the moving crew usually will try to do things slowly so that they bill for more hours for the same work. But these guys did the job really fast and well. Not even a single second they deviated from the work. I liked them and would certainly recommend this movers to friends and family without any hesitation.
Only thing that would have been better would be, one of the crew member was sweating a lot and though he started with mask, he couldn’t continue for long time and the remaining time he didn’t wear the mask at all. I have noticed him cleaning his sweat with hands and then touching the items while moving with the same hand. The other 2 crew members were fine. If this 3rd member would have tried being sanitized and follow the CDC guidelines, it would have been an excellent experience with these guys.
The other thing was, during this pandemic, if they would have used some kind of floor coverings/liners, that would have been a great thing.
I actually moved all the daily usage items (kitchen, clothes, groceries etc) by myself and used the movers for the items that I felt I can wait in using those items. Except Sofa and Bed/mattress, everything else I kept in separate area/room so that I am not going to touch them.
Regarding Sofa and Mattress, I bought the moving covers and put on by myself to avoid the crew touch. I just tried my best to have less contact for the items that I might use right away.
Finally, these guys are genuine and loyal. They did their job without any delay.

I would need to mention about Miss. Christine from Movers Plus. She is amazing. She jumped on the job and took care of us and ensured the things go in smooth and timely manner. Did continuous followup and was informational. She is awesome. Thank you very much and I appreciate all your efforts, kindness and work.
