    Never use Asean Seas Line. They order a truck then find an excuse to cancel the cargo, do not pay, make absolutely incorrect baseless accusations and behave rudely. DO NOT RECOMMEND FRAUDSTERS.

    The lousiest service I ever had with Asean Seas Line! Not even deserve a star at all.
    Keep delaying the parcel delivery!
    Call several times, no pick up. Not even give an exact time on the ETA.
    Unable to send on time then not allow to collect on the hub?!
    Went to the branch then even ask customer to search the parcel from the warehouse by myself!
    Overloaded then please don’t accept so many orders!

    I have been waiting on an expensive gift to be delivered for 4 weeks with Asean Seas Line. The package was to be delivered from Toronto to Ottawa. It has travelled between Toronto and Vancouver 6 times now, and remains in transit. I have spoken to numerous support staff about this and none of them have helped in any way. They have promised multiple times to resolve it yet have failed on their ‘promises delivered’ message each time. They have blamed the pandemic situation and their autonomous robots for taking the package and putting it on the wrong truck. They have also let me know I haven’t paid them – the shipper is their client so they deny responsibility to help me. My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare and I hope to never do business with them again. Please avoid.

    I received one part of my order from Asean Seas Line and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for the other half. Every time I call I’m met with excuses and given days that my order will arrive and then it never does. I called again today just to be told they have to go look for it, again I was never updated on this. The customer service personnel was rude as if I had no right to question where my order was and why it was taking so long. I have ended up just cancelling the whole order cause who knows when I will ever get it. I definitely don’t recommend this company and based on other reviews it’s a common problem, such a waste of my time.
