   I’ve had many problems with This company I’ve the years and stopped using them completely. Because of the pandemic like many I am forced to order things offline if not available in the open store. I was not aware the company I ordered from used UPS otherwise I would not have ordered the product.
   This company has terrible customer service. Not everyone who works for the company is terrible but… Non the less …
   Delivery person came and couldn’t get in the building (did not buzz the super like most comoanies) so they called me (great!)
   Missed the call not more then 30seconds … Called the number back right away and it Redirect me to the 1800 number … So I call it… Was on hold for over and hour…took a screen shot to prove it was over and hour. hung up called back. Waited another 30mins. Still no answer. The delivery person did not leave a slip with a tracking number on it or anything and post offices are closed for this pandemic. Extremely frustrated and still no conclusion. Tried to call again and it’s the same business. Unless your a big corporation, I strong do not recommend this service.

   use again and highly recommend!
