Rude, unhelpful driver, on the phone while also talking to me. Saying things like ‘for god sake’ & tutting, when I asked him not to leave my delivery of heavy tiles on the pavement for people to fall over. Refused & left, after blocking the whole road unecessarily. Worst delivery experience ever. I now have to spend hours moving the heavy tiles by hand.

I would love to thank Ottawa Valley Movers for taking the stress away and moving Great Grandma’s piano from Pembroke to Smiths Falls for my son. It’s a heavy stand up piano but they were able to move it with no damage for us to enjoy for many years to come.

    They were brilliant!!
Neat ,tidy, careful and extremely helpful.
Great people, easy to deal with.
I would recommend them and if we move again I would definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE ARAMEX / FASTWAY. Its the ONLY courier that dont actually deliver parcels. NO customer service. No deliveries. Are they even still in business?
Slowest courier on the planet. These guys send things from Sydney to Brisbane via Melbourne. Hopeless.
Edit: These guys hold parcels for up to 2 weeks before bothering to start the delivery service. Faster to attach your parcel to a Pidgeon.

I like the services but why asked for identity card (when collecting on behalf of someone else) when you will not even look at it.
Also 5 to 10 minutes after 6pm and you are strictly on your own (oyo) as the security will close the doors on you.

Quoted one price and charged a different price. I called them for a resolution and 1 week later and no one has called me back. Once they have your money, I guess it too late.
