   I don’t recall her name, but the loveliest old, woman gave the best service, enough for me to write a review. She was incredibly kind and helped me figure out how to get my boxes back home cheap!

   This place was the absolute best for getting my passport photo. Multiple takes until I got one to my liking! So much care for such a good price! I highly recommend. This place is about half the price of CVS and other big box stores.

   This is the second time they have changed their mask policy. Upon arriving today, after they previously had removed their mask required policy, it was back on the door. Needing a receipt, I opened the door and politely said I had a drop off and didn’t have a mask. The lady said to leave it in the unattended box outside the store in the heat. I asked if she could get me a receipt then and she rudely said, you have to put on a mask. I said, ma’am, I don’t have one. She raised he voice and quickly pointed to a box of masks inside and said they are right there, makes sense right? At this point I’m already getting angry. After she grabs the package and scans it, I get the receipt walk out the door. As the door closes behind me I hear her yell, well you have a great day! Very unprofessional all around. If the closest ups store wasn’t 25 minutes away I wouldn’t have stoped here to begin with. They have been difficult in the past with Amazon packages and generally not nice even on good days. When masks are gone and things are normal, I will remember to take my business elsewhere.

   The meal kit that I subscribe to is delivered through BoxKnight. They are wildly inconsistent. And when they are bad, they are terrible. Late deliveries, failed deliveries, or deliveries the following day, which isn’t great when the delivery is raw ingredients. There’s also one (or more) delivery person who just dumps the box on the sidewalk outside my building, on a busy downtown street. The least they could do is drop the box inside the entrance so that it isn’t damaged, stolen, or rotting in 35C heat. I’ve flagged the issue with BoxKnight before, but this continues to happen. Happened again today. If I had a choice, I would never use this service.
