   We used Smart move to move over the weekend. Michael and Sam were extremely professional, punctual efficient. They were a pleasure to work with. Everything got to where it needed to go with no damage. We would certainly recommend them and use again!

   EXTREMELY DISPLEASED! Paid for next day delivery and no delivery has been made, they have made no contact and there is no way to contact them, currently I have paid a lot of money for an item that has now vanished until this untrustworthy company decide to deliver it, I am very uncomfortable having something I paid for being in the hands of a company with such a clearly bad reputation. I am amazed this is even a legal company never mind a company that is actually used often. Would give less than one star if possible.

   Do not use – cabinet got broken in transit, and refused insurance claim
   Do not use! I was returning a £289 cabinet to the supplier, paid for transit with Parcel2Go (including insurance) and packaged it up with layers of carboard, polystyrene, plastic and bubble wrap, only to be told it arrived bashed and damaged.
   I put a claim in to Parcels2Go, as it was clearly their fault – I had photos to prove everything – and have now been told I didn’t have insurance for it. This is a lie.
   Even if I hadn’t had insurance, it was clearly their fault, so they should pay up.
   Again, do not use – they also make it very difficult to contact them, and don’t even send you proper documents (presumably so they can deny liability at a later stage).

   Men were extremely nice, very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them and will use again in future. Very happy with service.
