Driver needs to slow it down in the truck stop parking lot. Nobody needs to drive 25mph in any parking lot! Want to come here to the states to make good money stop doing business with companies that don’t appreciate what we have.

Excellence at every level! From their website, so easy to access, excellent email communication, excellent prices, excellent packaging and timely collection for 4 unusual glass and very fragile statues for which we assumed a chance of 80% breakage from the moment we have bought them at the auction. We ‘ve received our parcel in less than 2 working days from the moment we’ve paid for the delivery invoice and that’s because I couln’t be home to received it earlier. The items were so well wrapped and had arrived in a perfect condition, even though we haven’t paid for any insurance as other couriers asked as to do on top of a list of exorbitant prices for special goods.
Thank you all at Fox’s Pacier Sprints for a very well done job and a faultless overvall process. I coldn’t be more happier and I couln’t recommend them more!

Horrific company!!! was told due to operational reasons my delivery will be tomorrow. Took day of work as annual leave which was wasted!! Asked if I could go to depo today. Was told yes! Then half way to depo received text saying your parcel is on its way!!!!!!! Horrific customer care.

I now refuse to purchase from any store that uses Couriers Please. I am happy to pay slightly extra for a shipping company that isn’t consistently terrible.
Latest experience was that they delivered a $599 package to an incorrect address with photos clearly showing that the address was incorrect.
Took 15 days until I was given an option to make a claim for insurance. The best part was…I had to pay a $100 excess to make the claim even though this was all completely Courier Please’s fault.
    Worst. Business. Ever.
