    I ordered iPhone 13 pro max at apple store in Florida USA and used my visa credit card. I purchased it for a friend mis. Jade Perez.
    The delivery is scheduled for oct 20 and my account has not been charged yet.
    I would like to cancel the order but I do not have the tracking number. The transaction happened in September
    Please assist

    On Friday 07/16/2021 I was outside from 2:30p.m. until 7:30p.m. doing yard work. The Apple postal worker(female) stopped to deliver mail next door to my neighbors house. I asked her where was my packages (×2) that information on USPS website indicated packages out for delivery. Her response to me she had several packages and would be back to deliver the packages. I thanked her and asked her did she want a bottle of water being that it was very hot she said yes. I went and got her a bottle of water. I continued to work throughout the rest of the afternoon into evening time. I kept wondering as I worked why hadn’t she come back with my packages (×2). Around 7:30p.m. I wrapped up everything I was doing outside in front yard. I checked the USPS website again and as indicated still saying out for delivery. Upon waking up on today 07/17/2021 I checked USPS website again and lo and behold information saying the carrier attempted to deliver items this is a lie the carrier never came back to deliver my packages. I was very courteous to her and she lied which was not necessary. She said she was delivering just the mail (paper/envelopes) and would be back with packages. Apparently she did not want to deliver the packages and had no intentions of delivering my packages. So today information is saying the carrier attempted to deliver your items which was a lie and now information says held at courier office. Very young postal worker who did not complete her deliveries on Friday 07/16/21 I guess it was pay day and she was trying to partially finish so she could be off from work sad to say. Why packages is being held at post office I have no answer to that and no attempt by the postal young lady was ever made on 07/16/21 I realize they have the little machine to indicate they made an attempt to deliver but it’s lies and it’s just to cover her if any questions arise. It’s unfair to customers who have been waiting all week for their packages. So I guess I won’t be getting my packages now until next week sometime. I refuse to have to run to the post office inquiring about packages that should have been delivered on 07/16/21. It was not necessary for her to lie to me. Again no attempt was made to deliver my packages the postal worker saw when she stopped to put paper mail in neighbors mailbox that what I was outside doing was going to take the rest of the day and over the weekend.
    These young ladies working for the post office want the salary but don’t want to put in the work properly for the job they are being paid for. I tried calling the post office but no answer and the 1-800 number is only a recording that the post office put in place since covid-19 began. Everything is basically getting back to normal and still companies like the post office is using the virus for their mistakes. So sad when customers have to suffer behind incompetent individuals.

    Apple damaged my NEW subzero refrigerator. It cost me $2000 to repair. I asked for insurance payment. They hung up my calls. It has been 3 months, I still have not received $400 settlement. Terrible service.

    Apple absolutely refused to deliver the furniture to a room, despite it literally being on the box that it’s part of the order. They lied to my daughter and when I reached out to the company, I was ignored. I strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs. Next time I WILL be home to ensure they do their job.

    Bad service from Apple. From start to finish. Re-Deliver charge of $85 due to lack of communication. Customer is never right here just the office manager with a defensive attitude. DO NOT recommend any company to give this company any kind of business ever.

    Extremely slow service at Apple. Ended up walking out. Had a sign on the door demanding anyone wanting service has to wear a mask. Sorry can’t do that.

    Ended up waiting 45mins at Apple for our fax confirmation, then it cost me $20 to fax 20 pages?! Then to make matters worse the employees were literally smoking in the back of the store which caused the whole store to stink. Please do yourself a favor and never come here.
