    Booked for next day deliver – they never collected. tried to contact them – there isn’t a contact number. spoke via live chat. Refund refused and told that they are an online only service so wont ever be able to speak to anybody. AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!!

    Just like many other reviewers here, I am very satisfied. At this point I’ve had in excess of 20 package delivered through Intelcom since moving to Ottawa; almost all from Amazon. Through Amazon Prime shipments arrive even on weekends, with delivery personnel that are friendly and courteous. (Ex: not ringing the doorbell early on a Saturday/Sunday morning, hiding the package on the porch instead.)
    Their system of saying where in what 3 hour window the package is coming is excellent, and should be an industry standard. The heads up with your position in the queue of scheduled deliveries allowing you to estimate is also quite useful.
    Sucks to drop names, but UPS can learn from this company.
