For online shopping, any shipping company is a better choice than DHL.
I was home waiting for my package when I got an attempted delivery notification. No delivery was attempted and my package is now delayed for another 3 days… You had one job DHL and you disappointed again.
Brokers aren’t experienced. And they refuse to pay you for holding your truck over on a load more then the agreed time. My driver wasn’t given all of his BOLs when he picked up the load. He was told it was his responsibility to get the BOLs, although he was told that was all he needed. Like I said, the brokers are not experienced enough, we definitely will never haul for them again. We have been in business over 20 years, and I have never written a review on a company, but this is ridiculous!
My package was held for 1 month and the driver lied and said they delivered it and not one FedEx truck came to my house. I checked my camera’s not one FedEx truck passed down my street. Do not do business with FedEx, go to UPS for quality services and UPS makes sure your package is there.
