   Brand new tool box securely packed, when I received it tool box broken and tools missing. Very irresponsible company, promised a time to delivery and never came, had to call over 3 times, and nobody will take this case had to wait and wait over the transferring calls. DEFINITELY would not choose this company ever again!!

   Dan Mercure of My Guys, helped me set up this move. I am deployed and he handled it all for me so my point of contact only had to show up and let the movers in. Dan handled the estimate, scheduling, deposit and last minute details. The crew was fast, careful, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend My Guys Moving. I have moved over 15 times in my life and this was the most painless move!

   Everything worked as it should, thank you! Delivery day was agreed by phone, 3 hour window provided by text. We were called when the driver was a short time away and the parcel arrived within the time expected. It was a small item of furniture and the driver carefully placed the package inside our front door, checking that it was acceptable to leave it there. Overall very good.

   Their team did an excellent job! They were very courteous and professional. And arrived exactly on time. They even got the move done quicker than they estimated…saving me a bit of money. If I need movers again, I’d definitely go with them! Thanks very much!
