   7/02/2022 Arrived here early to stage and wait to make my pickup. Security guard said no longer allowed to wait and have to come back 1/4 to pickup time. That’s great because of all the super great nearby truck parking where you can go and wait for your pickup (knocked off a star off my previous 5 star rating for the lack of staging area/parking that they took away, also noticed they are now using space in front of the docks as storage space now so it’s kind of whatever.) It’s amazing how things change over the course of a year.

   8/8/2021 Easy check in process, YOUR CO-DRIVER MUST COME IN WITH YOU TO CHECK IN; BOTH BRING IN IDs, they have a port-a-john outside for customers (it was really clean when I used it Sunday 8/8/21). Vending machines inside take cards. Decent grass patches at the end of the building and along the exit side.
   DOCKING WARNING:
   They DO allow on-site parking here, because of that when you go to dock IF there are trucks parked across your door IT WILL BE TIGHT TO GET INTO A DOCK. Bring your A game. Or be smart and ask them to idle/move out of the way so you can hit your door.

   I want to thank you and everyone involved in my grandmother’s move from her apartment in Brooklyn to my parents’ home in Miami. My 90 year old grandma needs our constant care and this move was an emergency and stressful for all concerned. However, this company was so friendly, helpful, accessible and reliable, that under the circumstances things could not have gone more smoothly than they did. My contact people in NY, Diane and Bill, were exceptional. Diane was utterly reassuring and understanding, and Bill was expedient and did an excellent job.
   My mother (who also has difficulty getting around and uses a walker) especially wants to thank the two men who arrived at her house in Miami with the furniture. She says they were so nice, respectful, kind and hard working. They made a wonderful impression on her.
   Moving is not cheap by any means, and a cross country move can come rife with mishaps, especially in the winter. In spite of the fact that I scheduled the movers literally the day before Thanksgiving and a big storm, there were no slow downs, delays or problems. This company came highly recommended to me from a family member who moved from NY to Texas, and I’m relieved I listened to her and chose them. They even moved my grandmother’s 50+ year old piano from the 6th floor with care.
