Did my order shipped? I paid for overnight shipping.
I’m going to guess that Olivia Johnson and Laurent Beck are the same person with multiple personalities that both suffer from halfwit syndrome. If you look at their previous reviews, they are all completely negative and I think that really shows the type of people they really are. It’s too bad there are people who obviously exist to try and make others feel as awful as they do.
I’ve been to this store many times and never had a single issue! The staff there have always been more than helpful. There are countless reviews here that reflect this sentiment. Keep doing what you’re doing!
if I could give a rating of zero stars I would. I went to get copies of what was obviously an obituary printed. I was asked when I needed it and requested same day. I was told that there would be an expedited fee of $150 assessed for same day service. I opted to not expedite and said I would pick up the next day when the store opens at 8 AM. Before I left however, I noticed the job had been started and heard an employees say it would be approximately 30 minutes before it was done. Since I had a little time and it was something I needed right away, I opted to stay in the area and wait around. I called back after an hour it was told it was ready. When I went to pick up, I was told that the $150 would still be required. I did not understand since there were no special provisions made to do the job. It was ready, sitting in a box, why was it held hostage for a fee?? To avoid arguing and increasing tension, I left feeling customer service was nowhere to be found. Now i am forced to make a return trip !! Had there been efforts to move jobs to accommodate me, I understand the it would be considered an expedite. Since there were no other customers and obviously time to start immediately, Why the extra charge when there was no special processing?? It was a normal job. I contacted the manager later and was informed that it was a company policy. I find that hard to believe.
If you buy something online and have it shipped with USPS beware of this post office; they will lie and mark a shipment as “delivered in/at mailbox” and leave your package in your building’s lobby at a time you won’t be able to get the package instead of leaving a notice to pick up at the post office, leaving packages prone for it to be lost/stolen or sometimes dropped off at different addresses. for me it was at 11 AM while I was at work and I get out from work at 7 PM when delivery time is around 3-8 PM but they do whatever they want. The workers here act like they don’t want to work, be bothered or be on the job, if you hate your job then quit so someone that wants to work can have this job and be a professional, you’re Federal workers not City workers but you act like you are City workers
