    Great removalists! No mucking around, arrived on time, were quick getting everything packed and on the road. At the other end, they took great care of my house, even taking their shoes off before entering each time as it was a rainy day. A+++

    I sent a parcel via this service before Christmas, my parcel was “lost”
    I believe stolen!!
    Now they are refusing to communicate with me.
    Ignoring my e mails.
    My parcel is worth £500
    So so angry with this company.
    Do not use, they take your money and then ignore you !
    Just received a reply from the apparent owner !
    Can’t reply to it tho!!
    And she’s telling me to go through their online chat
    Like I haven’t already done that multiple times!!! Only answer they ever give is someone will contact you via e mail ! And they never do !
    This company needs to be shut down ! I am out of pocket £500 and they are refusing to communicate with me! Instead passing me from pillar to post !
    I want my stolen parcel replaced, it’s that simple !

    Another Job done by Customers, I had to tell google that the collection center is only open 2 hrs daily and not open Sundays or Wednesdays

    The shipping is done through DHL, which is quite good. But the customer service of Gxpress is very Pathetic. They ask for the payment as soon as they send the invoice, but when a customer asks for some help, they take forever. Really disappointed!
