    I was relatively pleased with my experience until today (8/3) when I called to arrange a pick up. My contract ends on August 14 and I was told that it cannot be picked up until August 17. I cannot believe that I have to wait 2 weeks for pick up. I was told that they are really busy so why can’t you pick it up and take to another location? I told her that I would not pay for another month since I told the man that I would only need for less than a month. Why wasn’t I told to schedule the pick up when I ordered the pod? I will tell my family and friends to not use pod because of this experience.

    Decent company to work for. They take care of there equipment. And treat you like a human. They aren’t perfect but they are better than most. Good miles decent pay.

We are an independent franchise, we are NOT owned nor operated by UPS. Your package was broken by UPS, not by member of staff at our store. If you would like us to file a claim for a package you shipped at our location, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.
