   I’ve been dropping off packages here now for a couple months and the team is great. The ladies who work the front are fast, efficient, helpful both in regards to information, packing items, and moving large packages.

   I had a 3 day shipment of a dress to my wife and was quoted $18.00 thru the fed ex offered by Goin Postal. The goin postal sale rep insured me that was the total cost. I just received a invoice letter from Fed Ex saying I owe a additional $68.93 . After talking to the fed ex rep, the goin postal was supposed to inform me that the $18 was just their portion not fed ex. I will never use fed ex or Goin Postal service again!!!!!!!!!

   Mr Van that works the counter has extremely bad customer service etiquette. When a customer try to ask a question while he was one putting coins in his draw, he told the customer can’t u see I’m busy? The customer replied, just wanted to ask to borrow a pen over here. He again replied can’t u see I’m busy? The replied, wow ur a F’ing ignorant person. Which was wrong on his behalf. Mr Van then came around the counter and made threatening advances on the customer asking him what his problem was? and throw him out of the PO. As a government employee myself I also found him very ignorant in his dealing with customers, showed inappropriate actions and attitude, and not a person that should be representing our government. Maybe if the customer had been of African American decent he would have reacted differently but seem extremely annoyed the comment came from s white person.

   If you send anything of value here I PROMISE it will be stolen by the workers here .. and the excuse will be we lost your package ! LOL
