   The couple of times I’ve been there, the old ladies that work behind the counters were very rude. As if they hated their job and quite honestly, they seemed racist. I waited in line and noticed they smiled and were very patient with all the white customers but when a minority came up to the front of the line, they were very rude and dismissive. When it was MY turn, I walked up to the lady and smiled and was very nice and clear with what I was looking for, the old lady was rude and tried to rush me! I HATE going to this post office, they need to hire different people and I hope that someone can do something about the attitude of the employees.

   The customer service is fantastic! Everyone is very nice and very helpful. I’ve been to this FedEx a lot since I moved to Portland and I will continue to do so. I’ve been there so much, they practically know me.

   Ms. Mavis was wonderful! Amazing service. Great personality. Got me in and out while also tending to other customers. All by herself. That’s what I call great service! Thank you for you! You’re doing a great job!

   Terrible customer service, impossible for them to pick up the phone and answer it!! Sure they get paid well enough not to answer the phone!!

   The trailer was dropped off on time and was clean inside with all the needed bars and barriers. Was picked up and made good time to FL from PA. Delivered with my household items intact. Great experience.
