Ordered 4 items and I received 3 of them but 1st them was missing. They told me to contact you guys. The order # is 113-2796512-0730651 and the tracking number is TBA034404368203
You do not follow instructions. My instructions are to deliver to my door, not the apartment building. I am returning these items in the hopes that when I re-order them they are shipped as instructed.

Worst delivery service ever! After making numerous attempts to arrange my delivery with AMZL_US Shipping and then being no-shows and then being ghosted on my text messages, I finally had to drive 45 minutes away to pick up my package. Picking up my package was not even an option that was given to me until a week and a half after many failures to have it delivered. I paid for delivery and paid for signature delivery. When I picked it up they didn’t even ask for my signature and they actually could not even find my order in the system. Unfortunately the company that used them to deliver my package will not get any more of my business.
Candice and her AMZL_US Shipping crew absolutely saved me on my recent move! I had to downsize considerably, and was 5 flights up on the 3rd floor! It was a tough move and AMZL_US Shipping made it as painless as it could possibly be. They were careful and considerate of my belongings and secured everything very well. I highly recommend this local mover! No one standing around smoking and looking at their cellphone. Just fast, and courteous service.
I ordered 2 very expensive clocks from Germany before Christmas – they were supposed to arrive by Nov 15th. AMZL_US Shipping didn’t deliver them to my DOORMAN building and instead left a note that they needed signature. All other delivery services deliver just fine with my doorman signature. After receiving the slip I went to the facility and was told that they could not find my package ($2000 worth) and that Ms. Johnson or Mr. Williams would need to get involved and that I would have to try and call them (they couldn’t call me for some reason). After several months I still don’t have my package – they sent it back after I tried multiple times to pick it up. This is why they are hurting financially – they are incompetent. Fedex and UPS have never had this problem. I now won’t purchase anything if they don’t ship UPS or Fedex. PS: As of Feb 17th I still don’t have my package and the people at the Dearborn branch won’t call me back.
