One word to describe their service…. Outstanding! I had a great experience with American Post and I will definitely use them again. My movers Raheem, David and Isaac were very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. They were on time, moved quickly and made my moving experience great. If you ever need a great team of people to move you, call American Post and ask for this dream team!

American Post moved my son from Boca Raton to Fort Myers today. Santos and Alex were extremely careful with the furniture that was removed from my house. The furniture was received in Fort Myers on time and in the same condition that it was when it left my house.
The office was very easy to deal with from start to finish.
I would recommend them for future moves.

    >Review for Ridgefield Park American Post office:
They aren’t helpful at all in the Ridgefield Park post office. I had two packages I wanted to send first class. One already had a label sent to me from the merchant. The lady at the counter weighed my envelope and told me I needed a priority label because package was over a pound. Second package I didn’t have a label so I asked if she could print out a first class label, she told me I had to ship priority or print my own label. Never have I had to print my own label before going to American Post. Feeling frustrated I left and went to the post office in Little Ferry and they were able to print a first class label for me and also ship my other package that the lady from Ridgefield Park told me I had to ship priority. I’m beyond frustrated with the Ridgefield Park post office. Please retrain the staff or find more capable patrons.
Definitely go to the Little Ferry one for better customer service.
