    Very poor customer service… I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday (out for delivery by end of day according to the track my order) which was then pushed back to Friday when no one showed up. I reached out and they said someone had tried to deliver it on Thursday night but didnt leave the package for whatever reason. Then instead of delivering it the next day immediately, they again pushed back the date to Monday because they were behind…. I would recommend any other shipping company that actually works to ship packages on time and provide solutions for customer issues rather then excuses.

    I’d rather walk barefoot through a Forrest of tiny lego’s than give myself that tiny bit of false hope that Fed Ex may actually deliver something on time.

    These guys illegally towed my car at 5am in front of my apartment. Left a huge tire skid mark on the pavement and told me they didn’t tow it.
    I called Plano police and they confirmed that hide n seek had towed my vehicle. I called Nissan finance to see why it was towed and they stated that they never asked for it to be towed…
    These guys literally towed my car without anyone’s permission, and the only thing they did was offer an apology at 6 pm when I went to pick it up.

    I had the worse moving experience in my life with this company, they destroyed my expensive furniture, the whole time the workers argued and complained, they don’t have the right equipment to do the job and that man Patrick is thief, he told me 1 price and then changed it. Now I’m going to have to pay for furniture repairs. You’ve been warned.
