    Overall the experience was OK but towards the end, I realized couple of issues are not right:
    1. from the beginning, I didn’t see they have good/enough rollers to carry boxes or large furniture. If it is not my own roller, I can assume the moving process will take much longer time, which no matter what I am the one need to pay for the delay
    2. After we moved most of the furniture, I realized that they DO have blankets to wrap up furniture. I requested to cover my L-shape office desk, so they only wrapped the last piece of furniture in my unit. NOT anything else.
    3. The leader guy told me that one of the IKEA cabin was not in good condition after they loaded on the truck. Since I used it in my old apartment and it was completely functional, without even check it, I asked them just go ahead and take it to the new place. However, when we arrived the new house, the guy start to show me different parts of it are broken and so on… Eventually I decide to leave it curbside and discard it. However, today when I reorganizing my room, I found one foot of an IKEA chest is completely broken as attached picture showed. I know IKEA is not good quality but I am pretty sure the chest is completely intact since I put it in my bedroom and never moved! It must be broken during this moving. Then I start to suspect that the other IKEA cabin was also good but he just found excuses for the damage! It was a pity that I didn’t take picture at the beginning to verify he is lying.
    4. Eventually at the end of the day around 7:20pm, he give me the final receipt. According to his words, even they started from almost 1:30pm, they spend 45 mins drive TO Quincy so they charge me for one hour even before they arrived. Even I admit the unfair charge of totally 7 and 1/2 hours, which the charge should be $1117.5. But actually the receipt I got is $1159. Besides, this guy actually asked me for a tip, which I totally feel shame on him for such an unprofessional work!
    I am OK for paying little more or even tip the movers but I am sick of the dishonesty and finding excuses of his fault!
    If you need to move your furniture to somewhere, this company definitely should not be on your list to consider.
    Update:
    I posted a review few months ago regarding a bad moving experience by Aviv Moving & Storage.
    After then, I was contacted by their marketing manager and asked me of what happened that day. Obviously he was trying to solve the problem and make me happy.
    Eventually I accepted his offer by paying me a check of a IKEA cabin damaged by the mover.
    Even though this is not a perfect solution since the large expensive pieces has scratches but at least, the marketing manager showed me his effort to compensate my loss and concern.
    As a return for their sincerity, I am writing this update post and make it a fair solution for the company and future viewers.

    Rude staff, doesn’t abide by the manual they read right in front of me, DONT GO HERE. staff is NOT helpful, most are overweight just walking around the store aimlessly.
