    I didn’t really believe all the rest of these Google reviews until just now. This American Express courier office has to be close to the perfect example of how not to run a business. Customer service is absolutely dreadful. Basically was forced the other week into taking passport photos there as they rejected the perfectly good photos that Officeworks had just taken. The AMERICAN EXPRESS photos were way too dark, but the operator passed her own photos anyway. Needless to say these were rejected by the passport department. Went back in for a refund, however was refused as I was not carrying the remaining 4 photos. They said they needed the photos for their ‘refund audits’. This to me seems like a whole load of BS as I do not wish for my photos to be hanging around waiting for audits. Was willing to pay for and sign a stat declaration saying that the photos would be destroyed; however, even this wasn’t good enough for them to issue a refund. The operator that originally processed the transaction even refused to accept responsibility for the photos as she says it was not her name on the receipt even though I clearly remember her processing everything. Made a complaint to the manager, but they all refuse to provide names for me to send complaints to the higher ups. This post office is not a franchisee office but owned by American Express. They really do need to train staff on the finer points of customer service.

    Really disappointed, estimated 2-4 days been waiting for 8 days. Called American Express rep, but they can’t do anything. Useless, NZ Post is better.
