   The tracking status of the package shows that it has arrived, but the customers contacted us and said that they did not receive the package and even they didn’t receive any notification or call that the package delivered from you, the item was missing. so please help us to check the status of these this package or could you help us to contact with our customer to tell them where you put the package?    Delivery package on Tuesday 11,29 shows a package was left on front of my door. Never got it. Pic took by the delivery person shows package on front my door but never received. Super check camara for 3 hrs but shows no package on my door. So where is my package.

   I want my stuff. News show same delivery person stole packages when delivery went to delivery, delivery stole others packages that were on front door. I want either my stuff or money.

    My package has been at your facility for a week. I want my package. This is not the first time your incompetence has delayed my packages. This one is for a birthday gift. If I knew it was going to you bozos, I would have shopped elsewhere.

    Wayne Richards at Crystal Car Shipping was awesome. We had a difficult pick-up location but Wayne persevered and got our car to the destination as promised. Great experience!

    I called about an online order I had placed to have shipped to me that this location was going to produce and ship, and when I hadn’t gotten any updates on the order after a while, I called to ask about it and the guy was so helpful he couldn’t find it at first because something weird had happened in the system and it didn’t go through, but he got it figured out for me over the phone and was going to do whatever it took to help me. He took care of it pretty quickly for me over the phone and I’m supposed to have it delivered to me a mere 24 hours after the phone call! Thank you so much nice person! 🙂

    I missed signing for a package yesterday, but needed to get it by the end of the day. I spoke with several people about this and they all told me someone else needed to help me. Until I met Alana at this location. She got on the phone, called several drivers, and then when the package wasn’t where it was supposed to be after that she made some more phone calls and just generally made sure I got my package. I didn’t even spend any money at the location. Customer service was above and beyond.
