   I paid over $100 dollars for shipping and was given an arrival date between May 15th – May 18th, which seemed reasonable given the situation with Covid. I waited all say on Monday May 18(latest delivery date given).My package requires a signature so I have to be home to receive it. Package never arrived. On 5/19 the package was scanned at a facility about an hour away from me. Tracy, CA. I called FedEx custer service. Most unhelpful, unprofessional customer service departent I have ever spoke with. I was then given omer service again. I am told my package is still in Tracy,CA. I am given the pick up address and delivery day of Thurs. 5/21. Again, I wait. No package. On Friday morning I call customer service again. They assured me again, that my package would be located at the facility and that I should receive a call back within two hours. That call back never happened. Now, Saturday, I call customer service again. I am given the facility’s address and am told I can pick up my package anytime before 11:30am.im an hour away. I get to the facility by 11. There is a sign that states to call the number and someone will come out. I called over 60 times and waited over an hour. The security gaurd would not assist. Employees entering the building would not assist.

   Went to scale there for a local company I was picking up for, they charge 15 dollars even for a reweigh. It’s easier to get onto the scale if you take Wire Way
