I wait for my package at my stoop from 4-8. Scheduled to be delivered by altro corriere 24h at 8pm. At 8:20 the tracking says it is still on the way. At 8:23 delivery was attempted. What? How did you guys sneak past me?
It’s a freight company. You would assume ALTRO CORRIERE 24H would have the tools to move large objects. The driver called. I asked if he could take it to the back door. If it was too hard he could drop it in the car port. I see on the camera that he had a flatbed. He did not call me back to discuss the decision. At the least I wanted to make sure he pushed it further back enough to prevent rain getting on the equipment. He ignored my calls on camera and left the treadmill how he saw fit. I called the company. The manager said that he would talk to him. He didn’t offer to send someone out to correct it. I would have even paid for the service. You can’t trust this company if you are not home. I called back just now. I’m editing the review. George, the manager, did a great job on explaining what issues could have occurred. I rated it a 1. I am adding 2 stars for George making it a 3. Thanks George.
I highly recommend them! Prince and Holiday from ALTRO CORRIERE 24H worked really hard, they were really careful with all our stuff, and my husband and I are really satisfied with their work.
I have lived here about two years, and have had no trouble at all from the actual ALTRO CORRIERE 24H office that this review is for. The office is fine, the people running the desk are calm and helpful and try to get their work done efficiently and pleasantly. All the mail delivered to my apartment box has been fine, though if I don’t check the box and pull out the old huge sheafs of junk mail fliers, they’ll just keep cramming more in until the box is a solid mass of junk paper. But that’s just how junk mail is these days. Just putting my two cents in because I don’t think this office deserves such low reviews.
