   I had ordered a fresh fish product , that should be refrigerated and scheduled for delivery on January 5, 2018. Was waiting all day at home, there was no delivery, but… the UPS driver reported , that I wasn’t at home. Nice, especially I have cameras and Ring system) Checked the cameras, and found, that the driver was parked on the side of the road and didn’t ever try to turn to my community, drive through the community gates and contact with me by the call box. But created a fake report, that customer isn’t at home. By the way, my package was out for delivery since early morning, then, at 7:55 PM ,after the fake report was created, the package was delivered on UPS access point and I ‘ve received a message, that I can pick it up on Monday. Can you imagine, what happens with fresh fish product after 2 days in room temperature? So, I refuse to receive the package and contacted with the seller. The seller contacted with UPS and UPS office had provided him wrong information – of course, there was lie) I proof my words with video from my cameras. But it is not all… Today, after the seller asked UPS to discard the package, I checked the tracking number again and… wow! There was proof of delivery! UPS tracking information proofs , that I received the package today, January 15, 2018 at 9:49 AM))) What the liars! Now, the question is – who received the package? What kind of ID was showed? What kind a fraud goes on – is it UPS policy or just UPS workers’ dishonesty?
